Oligab Construction is a main contractor based in Nunthorpe, working across the North East, North Yorkshire and the UK. We build data centres, industrial and commercial space — and the bespoke homes and developments we made our name on.
Who we are
We grew up building homes where every junction is seen and judged. We now bring that same discipline to buildings where every tolerance, record and milestone matters — data halls, plant compounds and commercial space.
From tender to handover, the same team stays with your project. We'd rather turn work away than stretch ourselves thin — because programme, quality and safety only hold when someone is paying attention the whole way through.

Leadership
Paul leads every Oligab project personally, from the first site walk to final handover. It's a hands-on way to run a building company — and the reason clients deal with the person responsible, not a layer in between.
