Oligab Construction is a bespoke builder based in Nunthorpe, working across Teesside, North Yorkshire and London. We build singular homes, small developments, commercial space and the conversions that turn one into the other.
Who we are
We take on a small number of projects each year so that each one gets the attention of a single build. It's a deliberately narrow way to work — and it's the only way to hold a standard that doesn't move between the showpiece one-off and the fifth house on a street.
From the first feasibility conversation to the day the keys change hands, the same team stays with your project. We'd rather turn work away than stretch ourselves thin — because the detail people remember is the detail that only survives when someone is paying attention the whole way through.

Leadership
Paul leads every Oligab project personally, from the first site walk to final handover. It's a hands-on way to run a building company — and the reason clients deal with the person responsible, not a layer in between.
